United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part. No room for improvement

United Trust has always been easy to contact with any queries, without any waiting times in phone queues, with very helpful and friendly staff to assist. Email notifications where necessary come in good time and are clear and starightforward. Most of all, they have offered extremely good savings rates. I cannot think of any drawbacks, the product choices they offered fit my needs perfectly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
