I wish I had heard about them sooner!

In fairness I was not aware of the bank before but it was so easy to set up the account and in fact I may a mistake so had to talk to customer service who resolved my issue very professionally. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Recent account opened

Helpful Staff

The staff was very helpful when I needed to change from a savings account to an Issa, and I was able to speak to an advisor which is such a blessing, so many banks you cannot do that . Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I have invested with United Trust Bank on and off over a number of years. They not only provide competitive accounts, but I find the service provided is straightforward, uncomplicated and easy to use. On the rare occasion I have to speak to someone in person, I find there face to face contact professional, polite and exemplary in every regard.
