Review of the Van Line Direct, Insurance Broker:

Shocking company

Terrible service , they are good at the first contact for your sales of your van policy, however they will let the policy run for a few months before asking to validate NBC , , also they are happy to mirror NCB from another vehicle that you own , until they want to validate, then will not accept your mirrored NCB , at this point they will charge you an additional £220.00 plus admission fee of £35.00 to amend the policy. Absolutely outrageous company, Beware as they will quote you a cheap insurance quote but by the end of there service you will pay over the odds . I have forwarded my experience to the insurance regulator, who was not surprised with my complaint, Reviewed on: 13th December 2020

worth my money

My van broke down during the pandemic and had to purchase a new van the sales prices now a days are extremely pricey thank heavens for van line direct who helped me get a very cheap price for what I thought was going to throw me in the deep end of my pocket. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
