I have been a Vanquis customer for over 10 years and...

I have been a Vanquis customer for over 10 years and in that time I have gone through a very bad time financially and didn’t know how I was going to pay my debt but with the support that they gave me throughout that time hence I am still here with a great credit score out of debt and living happily knowing they were here for me then and are now instead of taking away my card they help me use it and pay off my my debt with great care and understanding thank you vanquis Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

They are on the ball keeping your account safe, twice they have stopped my card from being used by scammers, very prompt. The app is easy to use and I can see day to day how my account is doing. If I do need to speak with them they are polite and very helpful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
