Customer services very limited, they can't help with anything everything have to be referred to other department to get back to you with enail/letter. So u never get you problem solved straightaway. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Fantastic credit building tool

Application was easy, and credit reviewed twice since I’ve had the card, always with the option to decline the credit increase. The app is easy to use and every time I’ve had to call the customer service has been fantastic. I have been with vanquish over few years now, my cre...

I have been with vanquish over few years now, my credit score was really bad, but I still manage to get credit. Every time I struggle to pay, the customer team are always very helpful and understanding with me. They always offer to help me out with a better way to pay off or using the promise to pay option. This option is actually amazing and never seen it been used before. Helps to not get a bad credit for missing payments. No complaints to be fair. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
