Doesnt do whatvit says on the tin

I have a measley £500 credit card, no balance outstanding, never missed a payment - and my card is frozen… absolute rubbish. I find it hard to believe that when my credit score is 996 out of 999 that its because I have a poor payment history or persistent debt… Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
