Still a rewarding experience

Vanquis continues to offer me flexibility, great offers for balance transfer and other money saving offers and they remain my number one credit card issuing bank that were the first to help me gain credit ratings following my debt difficulties and by them doing so, I managed to since get other credit card options from credit card issuing banks to offer me credit card options. I sincerely hope they continue in their quest to assist others like myself and thanks to all in their Team who have in the past treated me with respect and kindness over the telephone prior to my online banking with them. Repayments too high

I felt that there were too many offers to increase my credit and too much pressure to do so, which has now put me in the situation where I am in Persistent Debt. Whilst fully aware I played a part in this, there shouldn’t be so much pressure vis continual emails to increase the credit limit, and the payments back are disproportionate amount of my income each month.
