A good example of how to design an app

I've had no issue with the credit card, or Vanquis. The app works very well & is easy to use. I like the fact that you have plenty of information available, but the basic structure keeps things simple to navigate - unless you need to see transactions, offers, payments etc. I use the 'Payit' function to make rapid payments from my bank account to the credit card - that works smoothly & quickly, using the 'Open Banking' system. You don't need any account details, just find your bank in a list & then it takes you to log-in to your banking site. Choose which account to pay from & that's it. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

No nasty surprises!

Vanquis is brilliant the one or two times I'm about to forget a payment they send you text reminders to make sure you don't miss out. The staff are friendly and sort any issues quickly. Couldn't fault them in anyway! The app is also super easy to use and you always know how much interest you owe so there are no nasty surprises. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
