I started with a low limit card

I started with a low limit card and over time I discussed with vanquis about a higher limit after a easy relaxed chat with the team I got a higher limit. If I ever get any issues they happy to help even if it's a late payment they're happy to understand your issues. Would definitely recommend vanquis. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

My experience with Vanquis.

I've had an outstanding experience with Vanquis, and I can't thank them enough for helping me build my credit score. I started with a low credit score and was struggling to improve it. A nightmare.

A nightmare. Got told (over the phone) I was accepted for a credit limit of £1,200 across 2 accounts on 1 card. I did not understand this and as such spent 30min on the phone trying to clarify. I was basically told go away and if there’s any problems when you card arrives phone us back. Well there was a problem.. I had been mislead as my actual credit limit was only £600 (ON THE HIGHER INTEREST RATE / LESS BENEFICIAL CARD). So no. No I do not recommend to anybody.
