I applied for a Vanquis credit card when i was trying to build my credit score. The application process was pretty straightforward and all online. I got a response within a few days and the initial start credit was Ok. The mobile app was actually better than I expected, easy to tract spending , make payment and see statements. I made sure to pay off the balance in full each month to avoid any high interest. After a good usage they automatically increased my credit limit. customer service team are excellent, I remember a time I needed to call about a payment delay, they were very helpful and my late payment fee as waved since it was my first time. Vanquis have constantly kept me up to date with keeping my details secure from potential fraud. They have given me the opportunity to increase my credit limit.
