Information and service is efficient.

Information and service is efficient. The app allows me to manage my account easily and securely on line so that I can manage my spending. I find the interest rate competitive in comparison to other providers. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

I have been with Vanquis for over ten years.

I have been with Vanquis for over ten years. At one point I had maxed my account and the repayments were hard to manage. Customer services let me freeze my account without adding more interest which let me pay off my balance quicker. Their app is easy to use and keeps me informed of any payments credited and debited to my account. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025
