A vanquis card is a great experience

Since acquiring a vanquis credit card, ive had no problems at all, and found it a great experience, both using the card, and using the easy app.If i had any problems anyway, i know i could give there customer service a call, and they would swiftly deal with it, so i have no worries. Very good vanquis

I found activating and using the on line portal really easy. The portal is so straight forward. All contact details are easy to access, over all good. Only down side I found was when I added a card to pay off some of the debit, I wanted to change the card and found that a bit hard, but after googling it did find out how to do it. Love my Vanquis card

Vanquis gave me the support I needed

I was accepted for a vanquis credit card when my credit score had been at an all time low. Vanquis helped me build it right back up. The customer service has always been easily contactable with friendly professional advise.when I was a victim of fraud on my vanquis card I was contacted by the fraud department who explained every step of the way and really put my mind at ease and the situation was solved in a very quick professional and timely manner. I have owned a vanquis credit card for over ten years now my credit rating has been repaired and flying high thanks to vanquis and their ongoing tips,hints and care.
