Excellent customer service

I have been a customer of vanquis bank for many years and have always had excellent customer service and never had any problems .my app is very informative and has many offers and information to help me understand my spending its always good to know theres great communication between customers and staff .it makes me feel cared for and looked after .I can highly recommend vanquis and look forward to many more years ahead of customer satisfaction which I certainly have .thankyou . Vanquis helped me reset and start again

I had had a bad credit experience with my ex wife and vanquis gave me the opportunity to rebuild my credit score by taking small steps over the last 5 years to a position now where I could get a mortgage if I wanted.
