I have had a Vanquis card for many years and have always received the best service and access to customer service all of the time I have been a card holder since day one. Vanquis has always helped me maintain and mange my account in good order with timely notification of changes that are about to occur be they be favourable or otherwise. Very Easy To Use

Easy to use, very informative, app tells you everything you need to know. I've not really spoken to any customer service as of yet simply because everything has worked i get notified when the app is updating i get told advice about how much to pay this time round.. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
