I have over paid on awful service and still on going

I have over paid on my credit card and I’ve been trying to get the funds back. The whole process has been painful and even after a month it is still on going. The intonation passed from one caller to the next is inconsistent and frustrating. I’ve now been told I have to identify myself again even when my password has recently been updated and was fine. With a little help from Vanquis

When I was at my lowest and needed help, Vanquis were the only company that provided me with a credit card to help me get back on my feet. I'm not quite out of the woods yet, but at least I still have my card to help me when needed. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Great way to get credit rating up.

Great way to get credit rating up. Was a nice amount given on the credit card as a security blanket for my puppy and expenses. Six months interest free was perfect. The text service to enable you to change my direct debit date as been my favourite thing - adhd friendly when I need quick responses and don’t have the patience to speak to people and be put on hold Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

I've have been with Vanquis since 2016 I initially used it to build my Credit Score and it really did help. I eventually got my Credit Score to 999 on Experian . I have Also Recommended it to friends that have done the same as myself. And also to family members. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
