Great customer service

I sent a cheque for £200 which was presented back to...

I sent a cheque for £200 which was presented back to my building society as having been 'cashed', however only £50 was added to my account and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted out. This was the beginning of May. Another cheque has been rejected as I had the wrong card number on so I now have to wait 6 months for that cheque to credit my account as unused. I'm a pensioner and can't afford to lose that money. It also cost me a late payment fine. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Is difficult to contact consumer service, Not easy to speak with them and be understanding if your English is not first language. And you are not familiar with financial words…secondly, procent is very high, after year I expect lower % but it was up, and is very high to compare with others. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

I’ve been using the Vanquis Credit Builder Credit Card for a while now, and it’s been a helpful tool in improving my credit score. The application process was straightforward, and I appreciated the quick approval and clear communication from the Vanquis team. The app is easy to use, making it simple to manage payments, track spending, and stay on top of due dates. I also like the regular updates on my credit score progress it’s motivating to see the improvement over time.
