I've had a vanquis card for a few years now.

I've had a vanquis card for a few years now. I'm happy with the way it's helped me over the years, Christmas and birthdays for the grandchildren. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

App had problems for over a year.

App had problems for over a year. Loads of stories on the internet yet they denied it. Even when my credit was 999 they would not reduce my interest rate. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Personal experience

I was in debt and struggled to get accepted for a credit card to attempt to rebuild my credit score. Vanquis were quick to decide if I was eligible, responsible to not give me a high credit. Communicated all terms and conditions through email and letter correspondence. They also, review my current spending and offer credit limit increases but this is your choice. There interest rates are hight but I believe that this is a good thing as it acts as a deterant. Overall, i am no longer in debt, my experience score is now excellent and i have a credit of 8000 from 1000. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

I find vanquis great i had bad credit rating but found vanquis accepted me although the interest rate was high it was a great opportunity to try and build my credit rating back up. Credit limit never gets to high which is great as temptation is not a good thing, app is great and easy to use. The only thing I find difficult Is contacting you if I need to query a transaction.
