Honestly regardless of "prize money" vanquis has always been fair to me, wether that's been when I've had financial troubles and lost my job, things have always been explained fairy, simply and with no judgement. Vanquis is customer centric

user friendly website, easy to use. Never had a problem with transactions and payements using DD so far. Customer service is responsive where I had to call for an intial delay in receiving the card, turned out to be a delay in transit. Recommend vanquis. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
