Always been reliable, with an easy to use app and clear in product information and how the credit card works. I do have a handful of credit cards, and out of them this one is near to the most expensive in terms of interest, which is a downfall. I haven't yet had a reason to contact customer service to experience how vanquis handle customers, which I view as reflection that the service is good, reliable and easy to understand as have not had to access that side of the service, though sadly is an expensive credit card to have.
