They’re good at helping rebuild credit however their loan repayment system is poor as they don’t offer direct debit repayments and when a payment is missed they straight away put it on your credit file, without giving people a chance to pay the missed payment (this happened to me with a payment that was 3 days late after my debit card declined it even though I had the funds in my account) Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
