Wrongly charged me interest when it was supposed to...

Wrongly charged me interest when it was supposed to be interest free, and customer service team are all foreign and i couldn't get them to understand the problem and just got palmed off, so i just had to clear the entire balance and move on. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

I'm abroad for my mental treatment, before I leave the country I have paid all my Ballance, now my card frozen I can't do anything, even mobile banking or login, I have send emails, I could not see what's going on with my aqua credit card, why aqua sending me emails if I didn't use the card, ? From extremely Poor credit to Excellent

I have been with Vanquis for a number of years now, when I first joined them I had an extremely poor credit rating & could not get credit anywhere, i started with a small limit & I never missed a payment, now my score is Excellent. I have a decent credit limit & have now been able to get credit from a high street bank - something that a few years ago simply could not have happened! Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
