Unfair late fees let them down...

Good in the main, but what lets them down is their haste in applying late charges, I often pay ad hoc and ALWAYS over the minimum monthly amount, however have now been charged 2 late fees for paying 'on' the day due (even though throughout the relevant months have made ad hoc payments, sometimes £100's) This let's them down hugely!!
