I’ve been with Vanquis for years and I’ve never had any issues. Always informative and send regular helpful advice about payments. Customer service teams are excellent too and always very helpful when contacted and it’s always very quick. I have a great working relationship with Vanquis credit builder credit card. My credit limit is regularly reviewed to make sure it continues to meet my needs and I received a number of balance transfer offers at very competitive rates.
