Build your credit rating by paying on time and staying within your limit. With a Vanquis Credit Card, you don’t pay any annual sign-up fees. You pay transaction fees for withdrawing cash, balance transfers and using your card in a foreign currency.

When nobody else would give me credit, Vanquis did and I'm happy to say that I have never missed a payment in all my time with them. Their rates can be high, which is as you would expect given that they lend to 'riskier' customers, but I'm more than happy to pay those rates knowing that having a Vanquis card, using it responsibly and making my payments on time will help build up my credit rating after I squandered it in my youth. Vanquis gave me a chance when nobody else would and for that I am eternally grateful. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

I called end of 2023 about a debit charge of £7.

I called end of 2023 about a debit charge of £7.99 for delivero. This was credited back to the account. However, I never received the letter from you regarding my complaint that I had declined the transaction in the app and her Vanquis still charged me. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
