When I've needed to speak to someone they've always been efficient.My only negative would be that my interest is still very high even though i can now get main stream cards at far lower rates. I think Vanquis should reduce the interest rate as the score gets better. More people would stay and use the card as I for one would be more loyal to a company that helped me through the harder times. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
