Terrible service from customer care.

Terrible service from customer care. Never experienced anything like it. They took 2 payments instead of one and left me with no money for 4 days then they make you wait 8 weeks to even reply. Absolute disgrace Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Vanquis is the worst account I have

Takes 6 months to update your phone number so you can pay with the app. No lie. APR just keeps on going up and up. My other card charges me half what Vanquis do. Do not even consider Vanquis, they are the worst. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
