Amazing service offered!

Extremely helpful, very good with prices/ interest rates and monthly payments are affordable - always there to help you if your struggling or worried… Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

High rates

Unfortunately had to use most of my credit allowance, I repay more than minimum amount but the interest charges are so high that Vanquis takes half on my payment so taking longer to pay off, I spoke to someone about it and was told they would reduce my rates but this has not been done. Vanquis are excellent, no need to go anywhere else

Vanquis are approachable, understanding and are very professional, especially when you have average or lower credit rating. Belonging you keep up with payments, vanquis will see you are a loyal customer and sometimes offer an increase if you ever need it, they are one of the best credit card companies out there Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Very poor service

I use to rate vanquis as a very good company. Unfortunately when I tried to clear my balance as I don’t like paying interest, Vanquis said the payment wasn’t showing on my account. My bank statement showed it had been received. After 14+ phone calls over a month and a letter to say to pay it into an account number which I had paid it into after raising a complaint and still chasing it the payment suddenly showed up. The interest was removed but the stress and worry isn’t worth using the service again Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
