Very much improved over the last few years!

When I first joined the Vanquis service a few years ago, the website/app was somewhat outdated and awkward to use. My password would need to be reset whenever I loaded the site... Now, the app had been thoroughly overhauled. It's quick and easy to access. I can get the information I want or make payments, in just seconds. What more could I really need?
