If I’ve ever had any concerns Vanquis have always been easy to get hold of and been extremely helpful. Staff have always been polite and kept to their word. only time I’ve had to wait to get through I talk to someone was during Covid as phone lines was packed and the world had its challenges. Helped me when no other banks would!

Vanquis gave me a card over 10 yrs ago when my credit score was extremely bad. I only had a £250 limit. But after years of trust and making every payment on time i now have a £4000 limit. So big thanks Vanquis. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
