Excellent service.

Excellent service throughout my account and very swift to act upon potential suspicious activity. I have always been given the opportunity to increase my limit on my terms and the Vanquis app is a very useful and easy to access and understand tool. Vanquis have been a life saver for me

Vanquis have been a life saver for me, this card has helped me build my credit rating back up. Customer service is always there to give great advice and nothing is too much trouble. I am grateful that I have the card as it's very useful for emergencies. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Customer support

Have had good customer support when I found I was struggling to pay due to COVID and no work. We agreed a payment amount and card was suspended until I had paid it off. They were in constant touch throughout. Outstanding amount all paid and card has now been reinstated. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Vanquis is a great credit
