Due to circumstances out of my control I found mysel...

Due to circumstances out of my control I found myself unable to clear my debts. I spent 6 years paying everything off, and cleared it all last Xmas. Never thinking I would be able to get a credit, I filled out the application form not thinking for one minute it would successful. 2 hours later I got the go ahead. Absolutely amazing. Longstanding Customer

I’ve been with Vanquis for many years now, started out when I had a low very score and it has helped me build and get up much higher. Customer Service is great too whether over the phone or messaging, they are helpful and understanding. Their interest rate is quite high in my opinion but you can avoid it by paying off your balance each month which again helps to build your credit score. Vanquis gave me a chance when no one else would.

Vanquis gave me a chance when no one else would. The app is incredibly simple to track, and by treating it strictly like a debit card and paying it off immediately, it boosted my credit file enough that I could finally get accepted for a normal bank account. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
