Irrrsposible lenders

Want to cancel my account but can’t speak tia my one struggling with debt and I ended up taking a loan out by them to pay them and I now owe double irresponsible lenders and if I knew what to do about it I would legal try but worn out from the stress Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Vanquis have always been there to help me out in my difficult times. They respect my ability to be responsible in the use of a credit card, and have increased my credit limit regularly which has made this card so much more useful. I’ve been without a card, unable to log in to my online account, I have absolutely no way of finding out why my card is being used, I’ve spoken to them several times and nothing changes. Even now I am waiting to hear from them.. should have been last week and I’ve still heard nothing. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
