As far as customer service over the phone it is marvelous. Agents are very polite and gentle while dealing on the phone. Most importantly they don't rush me to conclude, they very polite with me, even my English accent is not very good Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Interest is lower than other cards.

Interest is lower than other cards. Payments go through quickly on your card. Notifications around nearing your credit limit are helpful Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Overall service okay but could do better.

You charge customers a £12 fee because you add interest to the account before payments are due causing on occasion to go over limit. Plus no balance sheet alongside payments and purchase, they're all separate in app. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Unachievable

I never wanted a credit card but thought it would help my credit rating, vanquis has been a god send in many ways my only draw back is when your in a better position to start paying more back you put the interest rate up making it harder each month . Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
