Was good until you hit an issue.

Was good until you hit an issue. All was well until I couldn’t pay the last bill. phoned Vanquis told them the situation that I am awaiting a universal credit decision and cannot afford to pay at the moment. despite that I am now receiving 2 calls per day it’s bordering harassment. Won’t be recommending Vanquis to anyone now. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Been with vanquis for fifteen years always paid what was asked, apart from covid. Got a letter to say I was in debt in as much as I had paid more in fees and interest then what I had borrowed.
