Customer service overall is great but the additional...

Customer service overall is great but the additional costs (transaction fees) along with the monthly interest make paying for the card long and very difficult. Fortunately I'm in a position to pay at least the minimum fee monthly with this additional charge. When I ask about it I'm told by customer service 'not to use the card so much'. That said, when I was going through a very difficult time financially, vanquis put their trust in me and gave me a chance where no one else would. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Great experience

Vanquis gave me a credit card when my credit rating was low which helped me to get back on my feet. I've now been able to pay back the money I spent on my card and the future looks much brighter. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Gold Star Service

I suffer with my mental health which makes managing the little things in life very difficult. Vanquis were able to freeze my interest for 3 years which allowed me to pay back the bulk of what I owed giving me a little more financial freedom. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
