Excellent service, Hello, I have a loan with Vanquis and also a credit card. I ve called once and I spoke with your customer service regarding my loan, how much I have left to pay and if I can repay it faster and the lady on the phone was very helpful,professional and she explained everything to me, she also sent a letter with the loan sum remaining to be paid. Not Fit For Purpose.

Luckily I have another credit I can use, because after my local ATM swallowed my Vanquis card in August 2023 I’m still waiting for a replacement. The representative I spoke to at Vanquis was inexperienced, unhelpful and was hard to understand. I still have a small credit on my account and when I’ve nothing better to do I’ll resurrect chasing this. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
