Vanquis came to my rescue.

Had very poor credit score and rating. But thanks to vanquis and there skill and expertise I have now got a very good credit rating. Took a bit of time but year by year it's just got better. I’ve been a loyal Vanquis customer for several years and my experience has been very positive throughout. The credit builder card has really helped me improve my credit score by allowing me to manage my spending responsibly and make payments on time. The app is easy to use, payments are straightforward, and I always feel in control of my account. Customer service has also been excellent whenever I’ve needed support — friendly, professional, and quick to help. I appreciate the regular updates, credit limit reviews, and the clear communication from Vanquis. I have been with Vanquis for roughly 5 years.

I have been with Vanquis for roughly 5 years. I’m very happy with the service and I have always been treated like a valued customer. I do think the interest rates are high, but plenty of notice is given to any rise. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
