I’ve had an excellent experience with my Vanquis credit card so far. They were the first provider to offer me a solid credit limit when others wouldn’t, which really helped me build my credit profile. Their mobile app is extremely easy to use; managing my account, checking my balance, and making payments is quick and hassle-free. I also love how simple it was to set up the card with Apple Pay. Another big plus: Vanquis offered me two credit limit increases within my first year, all based on responsible usage. That flexibility and trust really made a difference. Lastly, their customer service is top-notch. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Useful but limited

I used the Vanquis card to build my credit, and it did the job. The app works but could be better. Interest is very high, so I wouldn’t use it beyond basic credit building. Customer service is average. OK for a starter, but not for long-term use. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

As a new customer im really satisfied with my vanquis credit card, it gives you the advantage of balance transfers and money transfers. The app is very easy to use and the phone service is exellent no long waits and also i received my card and pin very quick so didnt have to wait too long to use my card. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Good experience

Vanquis actually gave me a chance when no one else would. The application was quick, and I didn’t feel judged for my past.
