Vanquis provided me with an opportunity to increase my credit limit to one I could afford, and is always dilligent in the way they regard my account with them. they are always there should I need a helping hand too ! Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Why Vanquis deserves my vote.

A simple straightforward application and a expeditious acceptance. A letter to explain when, how and by what means my account would be set up. Then exactly as they had advised my balance transfer was completed and my card was validated. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Given me more credit as I am a loyal customer.

Given me more credit as I am a loyal customer. Did have some difficulty with paying with my debit card as I wanted to pay with my debit card and was not able to do this get redirecting to pay through my bank but could not do this as the co-op bank was not on the list. So had to make payments by telephone and then I eventually had to set up a fixed direct debit. Whereas I would of preferred to carry on paying with my debt card which enabled me to vary the amount I paid each month. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

All round customer service.
