Vanquis the polite company.

Vanquis has been a decent company to use and always very helpful and polite. The app is very up to date and informative too. I've used the balance transfer on occasions and find the cost to transfer very reasonable. The only negative is the request for statements by post dose not come through despite numerous clicking to receive it on the app. This seems to have a default to app only even though requested many times? I called customer service twice at different times to follow up on receiving and activating my card. Their service was excellent — they answered very quickly and took care of everything efficiently.
