Recovery after financial difficulty.

So, a few yesrs back, I fell into financial difficulty. Vanquis were both helpful and empathetic. I was able to suspend payments til I was back on my feet. I am now very happy to say that I'm now in a much better position financially. I love the new app and actually enjoy seeing that I have paid my statement balance in full.. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

I have been with Vanquis for over 10 years and have...

I have been with Vanquis for over 10 years and have never had any problems with them. Any time i have needed to get in touch, the person has always been polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If they believe that a purchase looks different to your normal, they put it on hold and get in touch with you (unfortunately it just happened to me).
