Recovery after financial difficulty.

So, a few yesrs back, I fell into financial difficulty. Vanquis were both helpful and empathetic. I was able to suspend payments til I was back on my feet. I am now very happy to say that I'm now in a much better position financially. I love the new app and actually enjoy seeing that I have paid my statement balance in full.. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
