I’ve been using my Vanquis card for a while now and honestly it’s been a really positive experience. It’s refreshing to speak to people who actually listen and explain things clearly without making you feel rushed. Great card

Vaq good for back up.

Vaq helped me a lot during Covid. They were always there to back me up and make sure I paid on time. If I forgot, I always double-checked by emailing them. They gave me more time and found really good solutions. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

Iv been a vanquish customer for years and had very few issues with them mainly there app not working right but I see that’s been fixed now I do like that I can speak to an actual person if I call them and not just a robotic Menu they are always willing to help as well as listen and not just dismiss you Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
