Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Good Cover

Seems to provide a good range of cover without too many restrictions at a fair price. I have not had to claim - hopefully that will continue to be the case - so I cannot comment on that element of the service. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Had to make claim and Velosure delivered on every promise

I had a crash in May 2019. While cycling commuting from work on my racing bike home I fell badly, got injured and ruined my expensive bike. The frame and some components were damaged beyond repair. Following operating and full recovery I was not able to claim for body injuries, Velosure clear states this in their T&C, my claim for the bike was settle fully. I got paid the price of a "new-for-old" direct replacement bike which was even greater than I paid for mine. Velosure have kept their promise in full and acted swiftly to resolve my claim. And it is also very easy to contact their customer service - I called on few occasions when needed to add another bike to my policy or change address and always was able to get through quickly and speak to the right person; all my queries were always resolved. From the moment I took the insurance out the customer service, level of communication and general professionalism at Velosure has been excellent. GREAT COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR BIKE WITH
