Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Top customer service and always on hand to help

I always deal with Linda who is fanstastic. Unfortunately I've had a bike replaced due to cracking carbon but the process was easy and pain free, and I even got picked up in Wales once by a taxi provided by Velosure when I snapped a chain on a Sunday evening! The process of insuring my three cycles was quick and easy. There are no hidden costs or confusing wording to deal with and customer service, when I renewed this year, was quick and efficient.
