Odd system on customer name setup

I opened an account recently but they are not able to fix the name problem. My first name has two words but virgin money system will put my second word of First name as Middle name. Their IT still can’t fix or update their system. What year are we living in to face this technical issue? Reviewed on: 18th April 2024

Great, simple debit card offering

The app isn't too complex but works pretty well. Great cashback offers that, for a free debit card, make use feel worthwhile. Plus fee-free foreign payments, and physically, snazzy card. I can't comment much on how things go when support is needed... But basic usage feels modern and uncomplicated. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Great account

This account really helps me manage my money. It comes with a savings account so it feels more secure than having everything in my current account. The rate is decent enough too. The app is good too. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Unable to open Joint account
