Quick & Easy Balance or Money Transfer

I was financially stuck in Rio, Brazil after having my personal banks debit cards cloned and accounts almost emptied and even though I was abroad I was able to do 2 very fast money transfers to enable me to enjoy my holiday before getting home and sorting out the bank card scam successfully and retrieving all lost funds. Sudden credit decrease decisions following increase, no App, bad customer service line

I wouldn't exactly say they are the best on the market to be quite honest. Called them, they increase your limit and wihtin less than 20 days decrease it leaving you high and dry after you cancel you other cards. Poor customer service line, NO app. Hardly the best as they claim. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Trouble free

I recently contacted Virgin customer services when I lost my credit card and they where very helpful in first cancelling lost card and sending replacement without any hassle. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Good service, poor tech!

I sign in and use facilities on my phone... very frequently everything stops working; drop down menus don’t work pages won’t load... where’s the easy to use APP? I bank with nationwide and their banking APP is fantastic! Fingerprint log in, simple easy to use layout, everything works a treat... Currently I wouldn’t consider switching current accounts, if you want my money get with the times!!! Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Fantastic service with rates to match

The Virgin Bank service is first rate; having been banking with Virgin for nearly two years not once have I encountered a problem. They offered the best rates available to me at the time which has really helped with my personal finances. Definitely recommended. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019
