Straight Forward and Honest with Great Customer Service

I have fallen foul of so many financial loopholes with banks that I trust no-one when it comes to money but Virgin restored that, so straight forward to use and when I need to check something I get straight through to helpful knowledgeable staff. Very easy to set up

The ease of use of the web site. The helpful hints and tips on how to manage your account on line and the friendly language used throughout the process whilst applying for a new credit card. All of the terms and conditions were easily explained and I found it a very enjoyable experience unlike other providers I have used in the past. Reviewed on: 19th January 2019

Great Service but need an App

As per my title, this card and company give you all you need bar an App. The logging process via the web appears to be clunky and not slick like something you would associate with the Virgin brand Reviewed on: 19th January 2019

Credit card: awful value and misleading communication

After forgetting to pay my credit card bill, I was informed by email and immediately paid up -including a £9 surcharge. Later, I received a letter by mail informing me of the fee, which I had already paid, and that I would be liable for interest on it. What I was not told, was that my 0% balance transfer interest rate had been cancelled and I would have to pay monthly interest at an exorbitant rate of about 2% per month - way more than the £9 fee. I was given no warning of this until my next bill. I am not impressed - this is daylight robbery. Reviewed on: 19th January 2019

Very quick process

I applied for a 23 month interest free transfer card, within 2 days they had paid off my previous credit card and then confirmed everything had gone through fine. I did call to chase after 1 day because i am very impatient but the bloke on the phone was very friendly and helpful Reviewed on: 18th January 2019
