Stay away

Virgin Money Pre-Paid Mastercard

I found the pre-paid card was a great way to help the offspring when they were travelling abroad. The scheme allowed for a second named card to be added on the same account. Website management page gave useful information on where the money was going. I thought it was a good way to manage travel money for them without much risk. Overall no more expensive than Western Union etc. Reviewed on: 7th June 2018

Awful customer service

Not to be trusted

Virgin money expect you to log online to check when you are due to make a payment, they say they send email and texts but don’t, even when you send a secure message they say log on to see your reply and guess what nothing there avoid 100% Reviewed on: 25th March 2018

Great customer service & easy to use website

I have a Virgin money credit card and love how easy it is to manage the card online, the site is easy to navigate and i can clearly see everything I need to and also make payments as and when I want to.
