Value for money

I have been with petplan for 13 years and always been happy, but on getting my new newfipoo puppy I asked for quote, they were coming in with a price for 1 puppy which was not that much lower than I am paying for 2 labradoodles. Waggle came in with a much better quote for the same if not slightly better cover. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Reassurance and Comfort

Lack of information for brand new dog owners

They should really inform you that the insurance kicks in two weeks after sign up. It should be stated when you buy it. Otherwise you walk around believing your dog is insured when it isn’t. We never had a dog before so this was very new to us. Have also tried to ask if we can adjust our policy to suit our needs better, but they didn’t really respond well. I’m not sure what’s better with their insurance than other policies. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020
