Personal service and quick decisions

Wave is a local community service and not a faceless bank. What I have always needed is a person on the other end of an email or phone that could give financial guidance, that I could trust and trusted me. I am glad I saw the little advert for Wave in my local magazine and have been with Wave for many years now! Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Very good rates

Local community banking

In the current financial crisis saving is all the more important. For me I like the idea of my money being managed locally & it helping to support those in the local community through affordable and ethical loans. Reviewed on: 9th July 2022

Best savings pot ever!

I save monthly for my annual bus ticket into my savings account. At the end of the year I can then afford to pay for my bus ticket and also get 20% off the cost. So easy to do and the staff are always so helpful. Reviewed on: 30th June 2022

Fantastic Loans

They are quick and efficient I also like the fact that you pay a little extra and they set up a savings pot for you.i'm rubbish at saving so for me it's great that it comes straight out of My wages so I don't need to worry about missing any repayments. Reviewed on: 25th June 2022

Strong alternative to the usual big banks and ethically unreasonable out there

Good core offering for lending and associated credit union product. Not particularly high quality day to day current account as is a third party product but their lending, while conservative, does seem to be ethical and responsible and responsive. I use them now and I will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 25th June 2022

Good community resource

Already recommended wave to family members. I like the fact that you can have seperate "pots of money for different things. Prize saver account is great as well. Reviewed on: 13th June 2022
